For your convenience, we have implemented communications via Klara, an app designed to facilitate quick and easy communication with our office. Any questions regarding results, follow up appointments, bills, referrals, medication usage, refills, or prior authorizations can be handled electronically through this app. Because Klara is HIPPA-compliant, you can rest assured that the information transmitted is always secure.

Klara also allows for virtual consultations and follow-up visits with a provider if needed. You can send us a photo and include a brief description of your problem all from the comfort of your home.  This feature is currently only available to our existing patients.

These visits are priced as follows:

• $65 for existing patients with new conditions
• $50 for follow-ups on existing conditions
• FREE for queries directly related to a recent procedure
• FREE medication clarification or results inquiries to our nursing staff
